We train lateral entrants using standardized processes in a hybrid approach. We rely on a combination of our digital learning app and our own on-site academy.

Our trainers have many years of experience in heating construction and look forward to welcoming you soon!
Timeline
Our training courses always start at the beginning of each month and last 6-8 weeks, depending on your previous experience. You will spend the first few weeks exclusively in our academy and will be prepared for your assignments. Once you have successfully completed your training, you will accompany experienced teams installing heat pumps. You will then become a permanent member of an installation team.
